Key ingredients include Sodium Copper Chlorophyllin (derived from plant chlorophyll), purified water, and product-specific botanicals such as lemon grass extract (soap), and cold-pressed natural oils (tissue oil). We accept EFT (electronic funds transfer), cash on delivery (select areas), and bank deposits. Payment details will be provided when you place your order. We do not currently accept credit card payments online, but this is coming soon.

We stand behind our products 100%. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will replace it at no charge. Due to the nature of health and wellness products, we are unable to accept returns on opened products. Unopened items in original sealed packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery. The payout window opens from the 1st to the 5th of every month. Distributors must submit their payout requests within this window. Requests submitted outside of this period will be processed in the following month's payout cycle.

Yes. A 10% administration charge is applied to each payout request. This covers processing, banking fees and administrative costs. For example, if your commission balance is R1,000, you will receive R900 net (R100 admin charge deducted). This applies to all payout requests regardless of the amount.

Submit your payout request via WhatsApp to your upline or directly to our admin team at +27 83 326 0018 during the payout window (1st–5th of each month). Please include your full name, bank account details, and your accumulated commission amount. Payments are processed within 3–5 business days of the payout window closing.

Yes, the minimum payout amount is R200. Balances below R200 will roll over to the next month's payout cycle. This minimum applies after the 10% admin charge deduction — so the minimum gross amount for a payout is R223 (R200 net + R23 admin charge approximately).
