1 General Terms of Use

By accessing this website, placing an order, or registering as a True Organics Juice distributor, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must cease use of our services immediately.

True Organics Juice reserves the right to update, modify or replace any part of these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via our website and/or WhatsApp broadcast to registered distributors. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa and any disputes will be resolved under South African jurisdiction.

2 Products & Orders

All product prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are subject to change without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed and paid for.

Order Confirmation

An order is only confirmed once payment has been received and verified. True Organics Juice reserves the right to cancel any order where payment is not received within 24 hours of placing the order, or where stock is unavailable.

Product Information

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images and specifications are accurate. However, slight variations in product appearance may occur. Product images on our website are for illustration purposes and the actual product may differ slightly in appearance.

3 Delivery & Shipping

True Organics Juice delivers nationwide across South Africa. Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guarantees. Standard delivery takes 1–5 business days depending on your location.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges vary by location and package size. Delivery costs will be communicated to you when you place your order. Free delivery may be available for orders above a certain threshold — please enquire when ordering.

Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and damage to products passes to you upon delivery. If products arrive damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours with photographic evidence. We cannot accept liability for damages reported after this period.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, or if no one is available to receive the delivery, additional charges may apply for re-delivery. True Organics Juice is not responsible for losses resulting from incorrect delivery information.

4 Returns & Refunds

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp (+27 83 326 0018) or email (info@trueorganics.life) with your order details and clear photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Change of Mind Returns

Due to the nature of health and wellness products, we are unable to accept change-of-mind returns on opened or partially consumed products. Unopened items in their original sealed packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed via EFT to the original payment account within 7–10 business days of the return being received and inspected. True Organics Juice reserves the right to decline any return that does not comply with these terms.

5 Distributor Agreement

By purchasing any True Organics Juice package with the intention of selling or recruiting, you enter into a distributor relationship with True Organics Juice and agree to the following terms:

Eligibility

• You must be 18 years of age or older
• You must be a legal resident of South Africa
• You must have a valid South African bank account for commission payments
• You must not be registered as a distributor for any competing direct sales company without prior written consent

Free Joining

There is no joining fee to become a True Organics Juice distributor. Activation occurs automatically upon purchase of any starter package. There are no monthly subscription fees or minimum purchase requirements to maintain your distributor status.

Distributor Obligations

• Represent True Organics Juice products honestly and accurately
• Not make unsubstantiated health claims that go beyond those approved by True Organics
• Not engage in misleading income representations or earnings promises
• Treat customers, prospects and fellow distributors with respect
• Comply with all applicable South African laws and regulations

6 Commissions & Earnings

True Organics Juice operates a 3-level commission structure as follows:

• Level 1 (Direct Referrals): 12% commission on the purchase value of distributors you directly introduce
• Level 2: 10% commission on purchases made by your Level 1 team's direct referrals
• Level 3: 10% commission on purchases made by your Level 2 team's referrals

Retail Profit

Distributors earn 100% retail profit on direct product sales. The retail price is the recommended selling price; however, distributors are free to set their own prices subject to True Organics Juice guidelines.

Rank Bonuses

Additional monthly rank bonuses are available from Rank 3 upward. Rank qualification is based on accumulated team PVs (Personal Volumes) as set out in the current compensation plan. Rank bonuses are not guaranteed and require active qualification each commission period.

True Organics Juice reserves the right to modify the compensation plan structure, commission rates and rank requirements at any time. Changes will be communicated to all active distributors with reasonable notice.

7 Payout Policy

Payout Window

Commission payouts are processed once per month. The payout window opens on the 1st day of each month and closes on the 5th day of the same month. All payout requests must be submitted during this window. Requests submitted outside of this period will be carried over to the following month's payout cycle and cannot be expedited.

Administration Charge

A 10% administration charge is deducted from each payout request. This charge covers banking fees, payment processing, administrative costs and compliance requirements. The administration charge is non-negotiable and applies to all payout requests regardless of amount or rank.

Minimum Payout

The minimum payout threshold is R200 (net amount after admin charge deduction). Balances below R200 net will automatically roll over to the following month's payout cycle.

How to Request a Payout

• Contact your upline or the True Organics Juice admin team via WhatsApp: +27 83 326 0018
• Submit your request between the 1st and 5th of the month
• Provide your full name, SA ID number, bank name, account number, and branch code
• Confirm your commission balance for the period

Payment Processing

Payments are processed within 3–7 business days after the payout window closes (i.e., after the 5th of the month). True Organics Juice accepts no responsibility for delays caused by banking processing times or public holidays.

Tax Obligations

All commissions and earnings are the responsibility of the distributor for tax purposes. True Organics Juice does not withhold PAYE or tax from commission payments. Distributors are responsible for declaring any earnings to SARS in accordance with South African tax law.

8 Business Conduct & Ethics

All True Organics Juice distributors are required to conduct their business with the highest levels of integrity and professionalism. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Making false, exaggerated or unsubstantiated claims about True Organics products
• Representing guaranteed income or specific earnings to potential recruits
• Disparaging or harassing fellow distributors, customers or competitors
• Recruiting or soliciting other True Organics distributors into competing programmes
• Selling or promoting True Organics products on unauthorised third-party platforms without prior consent
• Using the True Organics name, logo or brand assets in ways not approved by the company
• Engaging in pyramid scheme behaviour, placing emphasis on recruitment over product sales

Violation of these conduct standards may result in immediate termination of your distributor status and forfeiture of any accrued commissions.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the True Organics Juice website — including text, images, logos, graphics, product descriptions, and design elements — is the exclusive property of True Organics Juice and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Distributors are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use approved True Organics branded materials solely for the purpose of promoting True Organics products in accordance with these terms. This licence does not include the right to create derivative works, modify brand assets, or use them in ways not explicitly authorised.

Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, modification or commercial use of any True Organics intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

10 Medical Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

True Organics Juice products are wellness supplements and are not medicines. These products have not been evaluated by the Medicines Control Council (MCC) or any other regulatory body. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition.

True Organics Juice makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the efficacy, safety or fitness for purpose of its products for any specific individual's health conditions. Individual results may vary.

To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, True Organics Juice shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from:

• Use or inability to use our products
• Any adverse reactions to our products
• Reliance on information provided on our website or by distributors
• Loss of earnings from the business opportunity

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product(s) giving rise to the claim.

11 Privacy Policy

True Organics Juice is committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) of South Africa.

Information We Collect

• Name, contact number, email address and delivery address when you place an order
• Bank account details when you register for commission payments (stored securely)
• Usage data from our website (anonymous analytics)

How We Use Your Information

• To process and deliver your orders
• To process commission payments to distributors
• To send you product updates and business opportunity information (with your consent)
• To improve our products and services

Your Rights

Under POPIA, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information. Contact us at info@trueorganics.life to exercise these rights. We will never sell or share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

12 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or your relationship with True Organics Juice shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.

Before initiating any formal dispute, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter amicably through direct negotiation. Either party may contact the other party in writing to initiate such negotiations. If no resolution is reached within 30 days, either party may proceed with formal legal proceedings.
